1. Locate our module when you reach the CATVI
This is the official entrance. Once you arrive, our team will be waiting for you at the official "Tu Guía Chichén Itzá" booth to give you your tickets and introduce you to your assigned guide.
2. Avoid confusion regarding access points
Please note that the new entrance (CATVI) is the only official entrance to the Chichén Itzá archaeological site.Enjoy the tour with official, certified guides, and be sure to arrive at the spot marked in orange on the map.
