Important Information for Your Visit

• Guided Tour (Recommended):

  • Reservation: You only pay a 25% deposit online (or the full amount, if you prefer).

  • Your Tickets: Don't worry about the lines! Your guide will have your tickets ready when you arrive at the booth. You'll just need to pay the official box office price in cash. It's the fastest and most economical option.

  • Tour Balance: The remaining 75% of the guide fee is due upon arrival (cash or credit card).

• Purchase of Tickets Only (Without a Guide):

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cost: This includes a service fee, advance purchase fee, and logistics fee to ensure your tickets are ready without you having to wait in line. For this reason, the cost is higher than at the official box office.

• Note About the Site: Please note that for ticket refunds or purchases at the on-site ticket office, the archaeological site accepts only cash.

Important: We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with all the location details.
