How can you secure your tickets?
The process is simple and designed for your convenience:
Select your tickets: Specify the number of adults (ages 13 and older) and children.
Choose your pickup time: Select the date and estimated time you'll pick them up.
Personalized Pickup: Your tickets will be handed to you in person at our Tu Guía Chichén Itzá booth.
Pricing and Considerations
Foreign adults: $65 USD.
Children (ages 2 to 12): Free.
Infants (under 2 years old): Free.
Note for domestic visitors: Mexican citizens over the age of 60 and students with valid official identification do not pay admission at the ticket office, so they do not need to make a reservation in advance.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cost: This includes a service fee, advance purchase fee, and logistics fee to ensure your tickets are ready without you having to wait in line. For this reason, the cost is higher than at the official box office.
