Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy for our private tours:

Full Refund (100%): If you cancel more than 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of your tour, you will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund (50%): If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before your tour, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time.

If You Do Not Show Up (No-Show): If you do not show up at the agreed-upon time and location for the tour (No-Show), no refund will be issued.

Weather Policy: Our tours take place rain or shine. Rain or bad weather are not grounds for a refund. Important exception: If the authorities at the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) close the archaeological site for safety reasons (e.g., a hurricane or severe tropical storm), we will offer to reschedule your tour for another date at no cost or, if you prefer, a full refund (100%).

Cancellation by the Guide: If, due to force majeure or an unforeseen emergency, I (the guide) must cancel the tour, you will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option of a full refund (100%) or rescheduling the tour for another date of your choosing.
