1. Look for our booth when you arrive at the rest stop
This is the traditional entrance and the one that offers the most comprehensive services. Once you arrive, our team will be waiting for you at the official "Tu Guía Chichén Itzá" booth to give you your tickets and introduce you to your assigned guide.
2. Avoid Confusion with Access Points
Please note that the new entrance (CATVI) is considerably farther from the main monuments. To enjoy a tour with official guides and the quickest access to the Temple of Kukulcán, be sure to arrive at the spot marked in blue on the map.
